IN ORDER TO BE EFFECTIVE, yoga must be practiced daily or on a regular basis with no long lapses of time between lessons. A minimum commitment of 10 lessons in 30 days is highly recommended to derive maximum benefit from a yoga program. For this reason, we strongly recommend 1st timers commit to the 2-week Intro Special.
1st timers MUST arrive to the studio 10-15 minutes early.
All class purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable.
Discounts for Military, First Responders, Seniors (65 & up), College Students (with current full-time schedule) are available upon request. Discounts are only applied in-studio, and clients must present a valid ID.
