All classes are performed on our cushioned floor, allowing movements to have minimal impact on your precious joints.
Class duration varies based on style and schedule; we offer 30-, 45-, 60-, 75-, and 90-minute classes.
Props are provided for classes utilizing them.

Hot 26 – A set sequence of 26 scientifically designed yoga poses that is excellent for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Barkan Flow – Consists of a series of many of the familiar 26 postures from the Hot 26 sequence integrated into 5 vinyasas.
Benefits include:
• Boost metabolism
• Releases toxins
• Improves flexibility
• Improves balance
• Opens the hips

Hot Pilates – A challenging full-body workout utilizing weights and HIIT principles..
Benefits include:
• Building long, lean muscle mass
• Burning fat by keeping heart rate up
• Improving circulation and flexibility

Hot Flow – The word “vinyasa” refers to the alignment of breath and movement. This relationship turns static asanas or poses into dynamic movements called “flow”.
Benefits include:
• Builds strength
• Improves flexibility
• Improves balance mentally and physically
• Helps with mobility in the joints .
• Stimulates the nervous system
The room is heated between 95-99 degrees.
Power Flow – An energetic class that combines cardio and yoga movements, meant to improve overall mobility.
Benefits include:
• Improves stability and range of motion
• Evolves flexibility
• Relieves tension
• Encourages body movement awareness
The room is heated to 95 degrees.
Yogatopia – Utopia and yoga meet in a state of bliss and complete relaxation; poses are held for 3-8 minutes.
Benefits include:
• Allows mental, physical, and spiritual release.
• Creates pliable tendons, ligaments, and fascia.
• Allows for easier everyday movement
The room is not heated.
Tone & Tighten – A fast-paced workout often utilizing weights and bands to target specific areas of the body.
Benefits include:
• Faster metabolism
• Increased strength
• Improved cardiovascular health
The room is heated to 93-95 degrees.
Karma Class – A yoga class to serve others.
