Hot 26

Our daily lives can lead to unnecessary body stress and feeling of disconnection. This class counters the external negative influences we regularly encounter. You’ll leave feeling grounded and with a deep level of satiation. This set sequence class of 26 scientifically designed yoga poses is excellent for beginners and experienced yogis alike. You can easily moderate the intensity level to suit your needs and the exactness of the instruction always offers new learning experiences and opportunity for a relaxed mind. We offer this class in 60,75 and 90 minute formats. Class is heated to 105 degrees.

Barkan Hot Flow

This sequence includes vinyasas (flows) that are sprinkled with postures that you will recognize from a Bikram class. It is a more fast flowing class that will include the option for more intermediate versions of Bikram’s beginning postures that you are familiar with. This class is for all levels. Room is heated to 99 degrees.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a train­ing sys­tem which com­bines Pilates and yoga prin­ci­ples with high inten­sity inter­val train­ing and is per­formed in a room heated to 95 degrees.


Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, burns fat and increases fitness levels. It creates a stronger core, improves circulation and increases flexibility. It is performed on our cushioned floor, making it zero impact, protecting your precious joints.


This class combines cardio and muscle toning in a heated room. The high intensity interval training keeps your heart rate up, helping you burn fat. This will sculpt you body, creating long lean muscle mass. The heat loosens up the muscles quickly, and the humidity makes you sweat- elevating your heart rate & boosting metabolism.


This calorie-scorching workout will keep you coming back for more! This is a High Intensity Interval Training class in a heated room with high energy music and non-stop coaching to build you up. Small dumbbell weights, bands are used to build strength. Fun, cardio movements are added in to get your heart rate and mood up!
This class burns fat and creates long, lean muscle mass with rapid results. Room is heated to 95.

Hot Flow

The word “vinyasa” refers to the alignment of breath and movement. This relationship turns static asanas or poses into dynamic movements called “flow.” The connection of the breath and movements, heats the body internally, builds strength in the breath and ultimately builds strength in the body. Flow classes are 60 or 75 mins which include a great combination of energetic postures, long-holding stretches, and inversions. Room is heated between 95-99 degrees.

Hot Fusion

This dynamic class gathers the best of all worlds and is designed to build strength, stability, transform your body to create strong lean muscle, evolve your flexibility, and develop new skills while increasing body awareness. Fusion combines aspects of toning and strengthening from fluid and constant movement through power Vinyasa yoga and works deep into the fascia to condition and cultivate flexibility and range of motion.


The spiral and functional lines of the body impact our ability for mobility. This slower paced flow class will also guide you through mobility exercises and stretches that will open up the body in a deep and therapeutic way to leave you feeling centered, energized, and well balanced.


This class will challenge you, relieve tension, leave you with gratitude and self love. Give yourself plenty of space to flow, awaken to the beauty around you, and have fun! Class is heated to 95 degrees.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a powerful practice which targets tendons, ligaments and fascia within the body. Each posture during a Yin yoga class is held for long periods of time to encourage the slow and safe opening of connective tissues, leaving the athlete with an overall feeling of lightness & spaciousness. A Yin yoga class is the perfect antidote to stress and a great counter balance to more active fitness regimens. The room is dimmed and not heated.


Yin yoga classes involve a relaxed practice of floor postures that are held from three to five minutes at a time. There are far fewer postures or asanas in the yin style of yoga as are found in more active styles of yoga.


This is also a great class for those who cross-train and/or lift, runners and team sport athletes. Range of motion is the key!

Karma Class

Donation- based community yoga class. We offer all different yoga styles as the Karma Class.   All proceeds benefit our non- profit, Native Strength Revolution* or a local non-profit organization. This is open to new and current students. No commitments required.
*Native Strength Revolution is a 501(c)3 that provides yoga, fitness, nutrition & yoga teacher certification to Indigenous people throughout North America.
